Low Back Pain

History taking, including prior injuries, concerns, worries and expectations

Detailed lower quadrant neurological screening of nerve function (sensory, strength and reflex testing)

Testing of nerve irritability, palpation of the lumbar spine and SIJ joints

If appropriate, functional strength testing of back and legs using our dynamometer

Exercises focused around your end goals, irritability of your back pain and capacity to exercise

Neck Pain

History taking, including prior injuries, concerns, worries and expectations

Current location of your neck pain, what aggravates and eases your pain and any associated symptoms

Detailed upper body neurological screening of nerve function (sensory, strength and reflex testing) and if needed, cranial nerve examination

Testing of nerve irritability, palpation of the cervical spine and mid spine

If appropriate, functional strength testing of your neck and shoulders using our dynamometer

Exercises focused around your end goals but taking into consideration how irritable your neck symptoms are

Shoulder Pain
