Our approach to treating neck pain

Our 75-minute initial appointment focuses on helping you make sense of your neck pain and identify worries, concerns and lifestyle factors that may be hampering your recovery.

We ask questions around the history of your symptoms, your general health, work and social circumstances and screen for any symptoms that may suggest urgent medical attention.

We then work with you to develop goal-directed exercises and movements that focus on restoring confidence in your neck.

Our 45-minute follow up treatment sessions give us plenty of time to explore exercise and movement progression and address lifestyle and health coaching challenges that were identified in the initial assessment.
